PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To incline a rear seat back rearward by avoiding interference with a package tray. SOLUTION: The package tray is composed of a fixed tray 2 and a movable tray 3 having a rear end rotatably or slidably held at the front end of the fixed tray 2, and is so structured that the front end of the movable tray 3 detachably engages with the rear seat back 1, and the beeline distance between the front end of the movable tray 3 and the front end of the fixed tray 2 is variable. At least the fixed tray 2 can be used as the package tray with the rear seat back 1 inclined rearward.
