PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air filling or air releasing device for a tire capable of guaranteeing sure sealing for a long life even if the device is provided on a wheel rim. SOLUTION: This device is comprised of a housing 14 having a second connection port 11 for connecting to a first connection port 10, the housing 14 relatively rotatably supports inward members 21 facing each other therein, and the inward member 21 includes a third connection port 29 for communicating with a pressure source and connecting to connection parts 31, 32. An annular chamber 25 connected to the second connection port 11 and the third connection port 29 is formed between the housing 14 and the inward member 21. A pair of sealing bodies 26 are provided between the housing 14 and the inward member 21 to seal the annular chamber 25 in a lateral direction and to contact engagement surfaces 27, 28 arranged on the inward member 21 and connected to the housing 14 by pressure of the annular chamber 25.
