PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method capable of recovering a large quantity of a deposited ink after printing is finished in a screen printing step of manufacturing a circuit board and efficiently utilizing the recovered ink. SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing the circuit board comprises the step of scooping the residual ink retained and deposited at a forward side of the squeegee 10 in a moving direction at a print finished position to become a screen print finishing point by a scoop 12. The method further comprises the step of integrally moving the scoop 12 holding the ink 2 and an ink sagging preventing member 14 together with the squeegee 10 toward the print starting position. A part including a lower edge of an inner surface of the scoop 12 used for a ink conveying step at the ink holding side is formed in an oblique surface continuously descending toward the member 14 side, and an inclining angle to the normal direction of a screen plate 4 of the oblique surface is set to a range of 35 to 65 deg..
