PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a synaptotagmin-binding and RNA-binding protein, and to provide a gene encoding the same. SOLUTION: The objective protein is a recombinant protein selected from the group consisting of (a) a protein containing a specific amino acid sequence derived from mouse, and (b) a protein that contains an amino acid sequence modified by deleting, substituting or adding one amino acid or more from, in or to the above amino acid sequence and has an ability of binding to an RNA. A gene encoding the protein is also provided. |
