PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method capable of easily manufacturing a stretched polyolefin sheet without impairing physical properties of the sheet and integrally laminating a foamed molding without reducing compression characteristics of the molding. SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing a polyolefin reinforced composite product comprises the steps of melting or softening the surface layer part of the polyolefin foamed sheet corresponding to 1 to 10% of the thickness of the sheet as one surface of the sheet having the mean value of an aspect ratio Dz/Dxy of internally existing foam of 1.1 to 5 by heating from the front surface side of the sheet, laminating the stretched polyolefin sheet on one surface of the melted or softened foamed sheet via a heat adhesive resin layer, and integrally laminating them.
