PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively wash a sheet or the like inside an automobile with less power consumption by a steam spray with minute droplets produced by ultrasonic waves. SOLUTION: An ultrasonic wave vibrator 7a is provided inside a water storage tank 4 on a shiftable carriage 1, wherein an ultrasonic wave atomizing unit 7 provided with a water supply opening 5 and a steam outlet opening 6, a vacuum cleaning unit 15 detachably connecting to a suction hose 11 having a suction nozzle 10 on an edge thereof and a control unit 17 for controlling the ultrasonic wave atomizing unit 7 and the vacuum cleaning unit 15 are provided on the water storage tank.
