PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that cleaning efficiency is low, a pump of large capacity is required and a main body of a cleaning device becomes large and expensive, too. SOLUTION: A casing 1 having buoyancy to be floated on the surface of water in the bathtub is provided with a pump 4 circulating bathtub water, equipped with a motor and a pump impeller 4, plural bathtub water supply port parts 5 and 7 provided at an upper part and a lower part of the casing 1, dirt removing means 6 and 8 corresponding to the respective water supply port parts 5 and 7, eject jet part 11 formed on the discharge side of the pump, negative eject pressure part 10 formed outside the eject jet part 11, and discharge port part 12 for discharging bathtub water from the ejector jet part 11 and the negative eject pressure part 10.
