PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve productivity for the production process of an automatic bread baker. SOLUTION: In the automatic bread baker, a lib 51 is arranged on the rear surface of a lid 50 to hold the circumference of a sheet metal inner lid 52. Then a gap 53 is formed in a fitting part between a lid 50 and the inner lid 52 and the periphery of the inner lid 52 is prevented from coming in surface contact with the inner surface of the lid 50 so that the inner lid 52 is heated by the heat of a baking chamber during baking bread. A part of the heat is transmitted to the lid 50 but heat is not easily conducted by insulation owing to the gap 53 arranged in the fitting part and, then, the increase of temperature in the lid 50 is suppressed.
