PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To wholly wash a lid by structuring the lid in a way to be disassembled. SOLUTION: An electric hot water storing vessel is provided with a vessel main body 1 having an inner vessel 3 for storing hot water, a heating means for heating water inside the inner vessel 3, the lid 2 to be freely attachable/ detachable to/from the vessel main body 1 and a pump unit arranged at the side of the vessel main body 1 to pour out a liquid inside the inner vessel 3. In the electric hot water storing vessel, the lid 2 is disassembled in structure into wholly washable constitution parts (e.g. a lid upper board 11, a lid lower board 12 and an inner lid 13), the lid 2 is disassembled into the plurality of constitution parts in a state where the lid 2 is detached from the vessel main body 1 and, then, the constitution parts are washed as they are.
