PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric cooker by which the breakage of an energizing controller owing to abnormal heat generation is prevented in a connecting part between a power source connecting part and the connecting part of the energizing controller and also insulation for a water over-flow is secured. SOLUTION: A board 19 for holding a temperature fuse 20 is connected to the power source connecting part 18 and the fuse 20 is covered by a cover 23 in configuration. Then abnormal heat generation in the connecting part between the power source connecting part 18 and the connecting part 15 of the controller 14 is conducted to the temperature fuse 20 via the holding board, the fuse 20 is disconnected by the heat to stop energizing. Then the energizing controller 14 is prevented from being broken, the water over-flow is prevented concerning the holding board and the temperature fuse being a charging part by the cover 23 and then insulation is secured.
