PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the diameter of an insertion portion by separating an image guide from a light guide in a coelom control section in a coelom observation device in which the light guide and the image guide are provided in the insertion portion. SOLUTION: An insertion portion 2 is assembled so as to insert a lighting system unit 30 into a shell unit 20 and insert an observation system unit 40 into the lighting system unit 30. However, a light guide 31 forming the lighting system unit 30 is connected to the tip body 32 and inserted into a first flexible tube 33, an image guide 44 in the observation system unit 40 is inserted into a second flexible tube 45, and the second flexible tube 45 is passed into the first flexible tube 33. A slit opening 50 is provided the first flexible tube 33 in the position of a body control section 1, the second flexible tube 45 is extracted and connected to an eyepiece section 4.
