PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a monoclonal antibody against the peptide containing the sequence number 1 (refer to the specification) which presents in the endothelial cell growth factor derived from human thymidine phosphorylase and human platelets. SOLUTION: This monoclonal antibody is capable of recognizing the endothelial cell growth factor derived from human thymidine phosphorylase and human platelets and is useful for diagnosing and curing various tumors, diseases and the likes accompanied with their transformations and abnormal proliferations of vascularization. |
