PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To miniaturize and simplify equipment and reduce its cost by a method wherein treatments of jammings of a stencil paper and of a printing paper developed on a plate cylinder side are facilitated even without employing a constitution for freely pulling out a plate cylinder. SOLUTION: In an equipment main body 10, the plate cylinder 25 is rotatably provided and, in addition, a plate cylinder rotatingly driving mechanism 60 for rotatingly driving the plate cylinder 25 is provided. The plate cylinder rotatingly driving mechanism 60 consists of a main motor M and a rotation-transmitting means 64 for transmitting the rotation of the main motor through a plurality of transmission gears G1 to G13 to the plate cylinder 25. The rotation-transmitting means 64 is made to be transmittable even a rotating torque inputted from any position in the main motor M side, the plate cylinder 25 side or the like through a plurality of the transmission gears G1 to G13. Further, a manually turning means 65, by which rotating torque can be inputted in the transmission gear G9 except by means of the main motor M, is provided. The manually turning means 65 consists of an operating lever 67 rotatably supported to the equipment main body 10 and a ratcheted gear 68, which engages with and disengages from the transmission gear G9 with the operation of the operating lever 67. |
