PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixing structure capable of fixing a child seat placed on a seat in a favorable condition, assuming a large shock coming form the front of the car. SOLUTION: This fixing structure has a fixing part 15 for supporting the seat longitudinally movable on the floor 5 of the car body and fixing the child seat in a state of being placed on the seat by connecting the connecting part 23 of the child seat. The connection part 23 can be connected to the fixing part 15 only when the seat is set at the back side position.
