PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the toy set of a water discoloring stamp, which is obtained by combining a water discoloring body with a stamping tool, with which the proper amount of water is adhered to the surface of the water discoloring body so as to form a clear stamping image. SOLUTION: This toy set of the water discoloring stamp consists of the water discoloring body 2, which is produced by arranging a porous resin layer produced by dispersedly fixing a low refractive index pigment, which is opaque under non-water absorbed state and transparentized under water absorbed state, in a binder resin, and a stamping tool 3, to which a stamping member 31 made of a closed cell structured foam having the density of 50 to 500 kg/m3 and having the aperture pore areal percentage at a stamping surface of 60 to 99% is applied.
