PENICILLIUM OXALICUM AND PHYTASE PRODUCED THEREFROM

PURPOSE: Provided is Penicillium oxalicum PJ3 producing a novel phytase which has an excellent activity and mass-expressed by recombinant technology and fermentation optimization, and is thus used as a feed additive. CONSTITUTION: Penicillium oxalicum PJ3 (KFCC-11191) produces a novel phytase. The purification method of the novel phytase comprises the steps of: culturing Penicillium oxalicum PJ3(KFCC-11191); filtering and centrifuging the culture to obtain supernatant; precipitating the supernatant then centrifuging it to obtain precipitates; dissolving the precipitates then followed by dialyzing and loading it to gel filtration column therewith; subjecting active fractions to cation exchange resin chromatography; and subjecting the obtained active fraction obtained therefrom to anion exchange resin chromatography.
