REFERENCE VOLTAGE GENERATING CIRCUIT USING ACTIVE RESISTANCE ELEMENT

PURPOSE: A reference voltage generating circuit using an active resistance element is provided to easily obtain a desired resistance value, minimize a layout area, and secure high reliability irrespective of a process variation. CONSTITUTION: A reference voltage output node(150) is formed on a current path between an external power supply voltage(EVcc) and a ground voltage, and outputs a reference voltage(Vref). An active resistor element(130) is connected to a current adjusting part(160), and operates at a linear period based on an enable voltage(Vrefb). A voltage supplying circuit(120) supplied the enable voltage(Vrefb) to the active resistor element(130).
