PURPOSE: An apparatus for guiding paper in a paper winder is provided which always accurately guides the paper into the paper winder regardless of a double paper part where the paper is folded. CONSTITUTION: In a paper winder comprising a base frame(10) on which a paper roll(120) is mounted and a driving motor for rotating the paper roll(120), the apparatus for guiding paper(110) in the paper winder comprises a separation part comprising an air pipe(51) which is connected to the frame of a transfer table(400) supporting a strip(200), and which is arranged in a width direction of the strip, air nozzles(52) which are formed with spaced apart from the air pipe(51) in a certain distance so as to eject air onto the surface of the strip(200), and an air hose(53) which is connected to one side of the air pipe(51) so as to supply air, the separation part separates paper(110) adhered onto the strip unrolled from a payoff roll from the strip(200); and a tension part comprising a support member(20) which is installed perpendicularly to the base frame(10), and which is extended to the upper part of the paper roll, levers(31) each of which are rotationally hinge linked to left and right sides of the upper part of the support member(20), a contact roll(32) which is rotationally installed between outer front parts of the levers(31) and closely adhered onto the paper roll(120), an air motor(33) which is installed at one side of the levers(31) and connected to a rotation shaft of the contact roll(32) so as to rotate the contact roll(32), and operation cylinders(34) which are installed at the upper part of the support member(20) and connected to the inner front of the levers(31) that is bended to the upper part so as to rotate the levers(31), the tension part provides the paper(110) to be wound with tension.
