PURPOSE: A material flow/transportation industry private mobile ACVO multiple terminal using GPS and ECU is provided to track a real location of a vehicle in a shadow area using absolute coordinates data of a GPS and relative coordinates data of an ECU. CONSTITUTION: An ECU calculates a direction value and a distance value of a vehicle using four-wheel rotation pulse data of an anti-rock breaking system and transmits the track data to a control center. When the vehicle entries into a shadow area, a GPS module generates a receiving bad signal. The ECU acquires data and calculates a corresponding coordinates value through a GPS shadow area response algorithm process. The ECU converts the corresponding coordinates value into a GPS coordinates value to generate location data. The ECU transmits the location data and business data generated by a material flow/transportation industry information device to the control center.
