PURPOSE: A video interview system through the Internet is provided to simply and quickly perform an interview screening by directly performing an interview of a member company and a job seeker of a corresponding web site on the Internet in a remote distance using a video camera. CONSTITUTION: A job seeker system(110) includes a job seeker PC(112) and a video camera(114) connected with a body of the PC(112). A job seeker registers a job hunting and a video interview, opens an employment notification, and requests the video interview in the job seeker system(110). A server system(120) connects to the job seeker system(110) through an internet network(200), and includes a web server(122), a data server(124), and a stream server(126). The server system(120) has an initial screen formed as a retrieval menu, a summary information window, and videos of the job seeker and a job offer and an interview screen composed as a conversation window, a summary information window, and images of the job seeker and the job offer. A job offer company system(130) connects to the server system(126) through the internet network(200), and includes a computer(132) and a video camera(134). A job offer company registers basic information in a basic information registration page, writes an employment notification, and determines whether the video interview is performed in the job offer company system(130).
