Flow tube comprises an outer tube (12) with a water inlet (122) at one end and a water outlet (124) at the other end; an inner tube arranged in the outer tube so that a liquid can be fed into the intermediate chamber; and a valve (18) which allows gas to flow in one direction from the inner tube to the outer tube through holes. The inner tube consists of two conical tubes (14, 16). A narrow point is formed between the inner and outer tubes in the pipe system so that the path of the flow is at its narrowest at the holes. Independent claim is also included for: (a) air-cooled ozone forming tube; and (b) a flow dynamic ozone-producing structure. Preferred Features: The first conical tube (14) has a conical head and a base with the head orientated in the direction of the water inlet of the outer tube, and the second conical tube (16) has a diameter which decreases from one end to the other.
