PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable mounting of a filler opening cap without soiling hands and prevent the cover from being mounted in an incomplete state by improving the filler opening cap mounted on and demounted from the filler opening of a cartridge tank. SOLUTION: The filler opening cap 3 removably mounted on the filler opening 2 of a cartridge tank 1 is provided with an on-off valve 6. A step part 8 is formed between the filler opening cap and a base part inner cylinder 3a by decreasing the diameter of the vicinity of a valve seat 6a of the on-off valve 6 and a packing 9 fronting on the end part of the filler opening 2 is mounted on the horizontal part of the step part 8. Further, the filler opening cap 3 is provided with a base part outer cylinder 3b, pressing a horizontal part coupled to the base part inner cylinder 3a, against the end part of the filler opening 2 through the packing 9 in a state to be independent from the base part inner cylinder 3a to form a double cylinder part. A mounting demounting mechanism 11 located between the filler opening cap 3 and the cartridge tank 1 and an operation part 7 for the filler opening cap 3 are formed at the base part outer cylinder 3b and oil adhered to the vicinity of the valve seat 6a of the filler opening cap 3 is prevented from penetration to an operation part 7 of the base part outer cylinder 3b. |
