PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a recording, retrieving and transmitting system by a safe operation for electronic multimedia transaction for improving the security and completeness of a data base, reducing the complication of unit constitution and the management of performance and having versatility and flexible account structure. SOLUTION: The system includes a client device 10 capable of picture communication, a picture processing center 14 provided with an application server 20 and the storage database 22 of a multimedia file and related meta data, and a host server 12 which is connected to the client device 10 and the picture processing center 14 through an electronic security mechanism 18. The host server 12 allows indirect access to the picture processing center 14 to the client device 10 through the electronic security mechanism 18. Thus, the client device 10 is prevented from directly communicating with the picture processing center 14. The security of a plurality of levels for the picture processing center 14 is assured. |
