SOLUTION: A system operator always monitors the state of a person to be helped by referring to a database 22 from an operator's terminal 21 through a network 10 to decide the contents of medical and care services provided for a person to be helped including medicines and daily articles, sends arrangement information on the medical services for a physician to a medical institution terminal 41 on-line according to the decision results, sends arrangement information on the care services or a visiting helper to a portable terminal 51, and sends arrangement information on supply services of medicines and daily articles for suppliers to supplier's terminals 61. The physician and visiting helper sent to the house of the person to be helped register (update) information on the state of the helped person, the result records of medical treatment and care, and medical treatment and care to be necessary in future in a database from a helped-person's terminal 31.</p> |
