PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inquiry information disclosure system which discloses claim information and reply contents, reduces the number of new inquiries, and also saves time and labor on the side of providing claim information. SOLUTION: In the inquiry information disclosure system, inquiry information is stored in a server 1 connected to a network, and arranged to browse this inquiry information at the terminal connected to the network. The server 1 comprises: a inquiry information storing means 20 for storing past query information and the reply contents to this inquiry information; a search means 12 of the inquiry information for searching the inquiry information stored in the storing means 20 and the reply contents with regard to this inquiry information by using a predetermined key; and a reply request means 15 for requesting a reply to a person other than the person who has provided the inquiry information to the inquiry information that is not replied in the inquiry information stored in the storing means 20.
