SOLUTION: An electronic image received by a facsimile or an electronic mail is converted into an image capable of display on the Web interface of a portable telephone 5 by an image conversion part 25, divided into a plurality of sub-images of size capable of display on the portable telephone 5, stored to an image storing part 27 together with position information, a Web page for a mobile telephone terminal linked to each sub-image is generated by a display processing part 29, the electronic mail describing URL of the Web page is transmitted from an electronic mail transmission part 31 to the portable telephone 5, and the plurality of the sub-images are successively changed over, displayed and browsed while following the link of each Web page.
