PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that it is required to go again to a consumer and dismantle a short-circuit plug for executing service interruption to the consumer because electricity is hitherto restored by inserting the short-circuit plug into a bypass terminal. SOLUTION: A control circuit 23, 23' comprises a series connection circuit of a solenoid 26 having one end hoisted by a direct current 12 [V] and the other end connected to an external terminal 23a and a protective diode 27. The solenoid 26 closes switches 22, 22' when energized. A pocket bell (registered trademark) 24 incorporates a transistor 28 having a collector-emitter circuit connected to the external terminal 23a, and when receiving a radio signal, switches the transistor 28 to the ON state and sends a current into the series connection circuit of the solenoid 26 and the diode 27. A forced input switch 29 for generating a signal for closing the switches 22, 22' by operation is connected to the external terminal 23a. Electricity restoration and service interruption to each consumer can be executed only by executing simply an input operation of the forced input switch 29. |
