PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for a prognosis of autoimmune thyroiditis. SOLUTION: The method for a prognosis of autoimmune thyroiditis comprises the steps of measuring a lymphocyte surface antigen or a factor derived from it in a biological sample obtained from a specimen, and setting an indication value for the prognosis by linking a resulting measured value with a morbidity of the autoimmune thyroiditis.
