PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To generate a reference voltage, which is little in temperature change, with a simple configuration. SOLUTION: A first resistor and a first diode are located between a power source and a ground. One input terminal of a comparator is connected to the connecting point of the first resistor and the first diode. A transistor, which connects a control input terminal thereof to the output of the comparator, second and third resistors and a second diode are located between the power source and the ground. Then, the connecting point of the second and third resistors is connected to the other input terminal of the comparator and the reference voltage is outputted from the connecting point of the other terminal of the transistor and the second resistor. By compensating the temperature characteristics of the first diode with the temperature characteristics of the second diode, temperature dependency in the reference voltage is removed.
