摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data communication system capable of updating efficiently a database storing various data relating to mobile units. SOLUTION: A mobile unit communication apparatus comprises a second storage to store two or more kinds of data relating to the mobile units, an updating conditions storage means pre-stored updating conditions varying at every kind of the data and a transmitting means to transmit each data stored into the second storage to a server at a timing responding to the conditions stored into the storage means at every kind of the data, the server having a first storage forming the database has a updating means to update the database with receiving data transmitted from the transmitting means through a network line.
