PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide advice information to a user who has installed a solar energy generation device. SOLUTION: The method of controlling the solar energy generation comprises the steps of: receiving generated energy and an amount of used electricity form the solar energy generation device connected to a network; calculating an electric power energy purchased according to time zone (S160); calculating an electric power energy sold according to time zone (S162); reading out a charge table for purchased and sold electric power (S164); calculating an electricity rate for purchased and sold electric power according to an agreement kind (S166); extracting the agreement kind that a disbursement amount to utility company which deducts a received amount for sold electric power from a disbursement amount for purchased electric power is reduced most (S168); and generating the advice information to the user, based on the extracted agreement kind and the calculated disbursement amount to the utility company.
