PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce operating voltage of a device without causing the lowering quantum efficiency (energy converting efficiency) of an organic light-emitting device to be lowered. SOLUTION: This organic light-emitting device 10 includes an anode 14, a cathode 18 and a light-emitting area 16 between the anode and the cathode, and the organic light-emitting device is annealed.
