<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multi-direction input device, which eliminates a play caused by the backlash of a linking member and a holder, suitably performs detection and makes smooth the operation of an operating shaft. SOLUTION: This device has a casing 60 having a space part 63, first linking member 10 provided with a curved part 11, second linking member 20 provided with a curved part 21, holder 30, which is composed of a first holding part 31 and a second holding part 32 and held by the first linking member 10 and the second linking member 20, and operating shaft 40 inclinably held by the holder 30 and in the gap between the first holding part 31 and the second holding part 32, an elastic member 50 is provided for energizing both of the holding parts in the direction to mutually separating them. Then, the first holding part 31 and the second holding part 32 can be mutually moved in the axial direction by this elastic member 50.</p> |
