PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heater device for eliminating temperature deviation in a heating plane by making heating of an outside second heater wire to respond more quickly than heating of an inside first heater wire. SOLUTION: This heater device 10 has a first heater wire 11, laid around on the inside along the heating plane 10a and the second heater wire 12, laid around on the outside along the heating plane 10a for uniformly heating a heating object arranged on the heating plane 10a, and the first and second heater wires are arranged in separate arranged zones different in distances D1 and D2 from the heating plane, so that pullout parts of the first and second heater wires near heater terminals 11a, 11b, 12a and 12b will not interfere with each other, and that the second heater wire 12 becomes nearer to the heating plane 10a than the first heater wire 11. Thus, a heating response of the second heater wire becomes quicker, the heat easily releasing outside is kept at a temperature similar to that of the inside, and the temperature deviation of the heating plane can be eliminated.
