PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To highly precisely measure a distance and the like with the reduced number of points, even when a detection object body exists in the short distance. SOLUTION: This radar signal processor for finding the distance and the like based on frequencies of beat signals in a transmission signal and a received signal has a wavelet converter 4 for wavelet-converting the beat signal to provide a spectrum, a fast Fourier transformer 5 for conducting fast Fourier transform to provide a spectrum, a computing means 6 for computing the distance and a speed based on peak frequencies of the spectra provided thereby, and a signal processing means judging part 7 for transmitting the beat signal to the wavelet converter when the distance from the computing means is shorter than a pedetermind distance, and for transmitting it to the fast Fourier transformer when longer.
