PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a constitution, that can prevent a connection part of a glass tube electric heater and a lead wire from being broken, even if the lead wire is pulled upward by assuredly holding the lead wire, in order to solve the problem where lead wire is often pulled out and the connection part of the glass tube heater and the lead wire is broken, when the lead wire is extended upward from the glass tube electric heater is connected to a power source in a defroster defrosting a cooler by heat generated by the glass tube electric heater disposed between the cooler, having a dew receiver for receiving defrosting water of the cooler below the cooler and the dew receiver. SOLUTION: A support part for supporting both ends of the electric heater in a suspended state is provided on the dew receiver. The support part is provided integrally with a lead wire holding part for pressing and holding the lead wire by a self-restoring force, when the lead wire for supplying current to the electric heater is inserted in an insertion gap with slight opening of the gap.
