PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure a part of void between buildings adjacent to each other so as to use it for a passage, reliably prevent stormwater from invading the passage, and tolerate the relative displacement of the respective buildings. SOLUTION: The first expansion cover means 2 is installed between facing wall surfaces 8a and 8b facing each other through the void 6 between the buildings 7a and 7b, a mounting structure 4 elongated ahead of the exterior wall surface 11a of one building 7a is fixed to the other building 7b, the second expansion cover means 3 is installed between the free end part of the mounting structure 4 and the wall surface 11a, the lower end of the cover means 3 is closed by a pedestal cover means 4, and the relative displacement of the buildings 7a and 7b can be tolerated for the purpose of forming a passage space 58 below the cover means 2 and forming an entrance space 57 for access to the passage space 58 below the cover means 5.
