PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a domestic electric appliance recycle card managing system capable of efficiently managing a flow of domestic electric appliance recycle cards and a flow of recycle charge. SOLUTION: This domestic electric appliance recycle card managing system 10 is provided with a recovery card surface information accepting unit 14 for accepting the input of the recovery card surface information written in a card surface of each recovered domestic electric appliance recycle card when a domestic electric appliance with a domestic electric appliance recycle card is recovered by a maker, a housing unit 12 for housing the accepted recovered card surface information as a recycle card managing data base 12a, a payment information forming unit 18 for forming a recycle charge payment information document to plural makers on the basis of the recycle card managing data base 12a, and a bill forming unit 20 for forming a bill for recycle charge to plural intermediaries on the basis of the recycle card managing data base 12a.
