PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To structure an operator support system which can actualize operation itself without depending upon the skill of an operator by accurately transmitting the operation instruction contents of an operation instructor to the operator in normal operation when a fault occurs to an information processor. SOLUTION: This is constitution and a method for supporting the operator to operate the information processor and has a means for analyzing operation contents necessary for countermeasures against a fault by using information regarding the fault occurring to the information processor. |
