PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flange which has a earth plate and a resin flange coupled and which has superior durability against an impact force when assembled and reused and is easy to detach for reuse and to provide an electrophotographic photoreceptor equipped with the flange. SOLUTION: The flange is constituted by coupling: the resin flange part which is fitted in an opening end part of a photoreceptor made of a cylindrical base body having a photosensitive layer on its outer periphery and has a transmission mechanism formed in the outer periphery and transmits a rotary driving force and a center hole; and the earth plate which electrically connects a shaft penetrating the center hole to support the photoreceptor rotatably and the base body. The earth plate has a fixation hole which is fitted onto a resin projection formed on the resin flange part and fixed, and the flange is so shaped that the fixation hole is fixed by elastic deformation. The electrophotographic photoreceptor has the flange.
