PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To sufficiently reduce an entire noise generated when discharging exhaust gas from a tail pipe into the atmosphere. SOLUTION: In this exhaust device of construction machinery, a muffler 13 is connected to an engine 12 in an engine compartment 6 of the construction machinery, the tail pipe 32 is connected to the end part of a muffler discharge pipe 13c, and exhaust gas Q discharged from the muffler discharge pipe 13c is discharged to the atmosphere through the tail pipe 32. An inner pipe 37 dividing the inside of the tail pipe 32 into an inner peripheral side flow passage 38 and an outer peripheral side flow passages 39 on the outside thereof and allowing the exhaust gas Q from the muffler discharge pipe 13c to flow into the inner peripheral side flow passages 38 and outer peripheral side flow passage 39 generally in axial direction is installed in the tail pipe 32.
