PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid the problem of the warpage or cleavage of the flange of a tape reel during forming, and to improve productivity and accuracy. SOLUTION: The flange for constituting a tape reel by combining with other flanges on which a hub for winding around a tape is integrally formed, has an opening in the center and the peripheral surface of the opening is fixed on the hub in a state where it is overlaid on one end of the hub. Relating to this flange, a plurality of traces of a gate are formed on the peripheral surface of the opening at almost equal intervals, and the traces of pushing pins are formed only at positions corresponding to the traces of the gate on a flange face near the opening.
