PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a casing with moving wheels for a measuring apparatus or the like having no necessity for a measurer to touch an operation surface when moving it such as pulling it out along a mounting face of a work bench or the like. SOLUTION: The casing 10 with the moving wheels has a main body 11, a leg 17 and an inclining leg 16 attached to a lower part of the main body 11 and capable of contacting the work bench 105, and rolling wheels 18 supported by the main body 11. The rolling wheels 18 are arranged in contact area outer sides of a contact part 17 and the inclining leg 16, and they contact the work bench 105 when the main body 11 is rotated a predetermined angle using a line parallel to the work bench 105 as a rotational center from a state of the contact part 17 and the inclining leg 16 contacting the work bench 105.
