PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ball bearing which is superior in durability. SOLUTION: The ball bearing comprises, a tubular outer ring 12, an inner ring 13 which is incorporated in the outer ring 12 and includes a tube part equipped with a flange part on both ends, and a plurality of balls 14 built in freely rollable between the inner periphery of the outer ring and the outer periphery of the tube part of the inner ring, wherein the inner ring is formed by welding weld zones 15c, 16c of a pair of first and second members 15, 16, and the first and second members are provided with the flange parts 15b, 16b on one end of the tube parts 15a, 16a respectively and also are provided with protrusion-shaped weld zones 15c, 16c on the other end thereof respectively, and further relief parts 15d, 16d with a slant face for melted weld zones are formed along the inner peripheral side of the weld zone.
