PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce electric input during heating operation non-combustion in the control device of an air conditioner having a refrigerant-heating device. SOLUTION: By setting the decrease rate of frequency in increase/decrease control during heating operation non-combustion larger than that of frequency in the increase/decrease control of a compressor operation frequency during heating operation combustion, deceleration can be made to a specific frequency quickly when the compressor is to be decelerated during heating operation non-combustion, thus reducing electric input during heating operation non- combustion.
