SOLUTION: A service company 3 generating sound information obtained by converting various pieces of information into sound and selling the sound information through the Internet 4 is established. When a user purchases the sound information which the service company 3 sells, he or she opens a private home page by informing the service company 3 of an account and a password, which are set for each user, and reproduces sound information on the home page. The service company 3 decides the sales rate of sound information based on time when the user reproduces sound information on the home page and collects the sales rate from a monetary facility 2 which the user uses for settling sound information. |
