PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make an optical disk more small-sized and thinner so as to be adaptable to the size reduction of equipment in the future by realizing a compact and optical layout. SOLUTION: An objective function layer 2 which has a function of, an optical path deflecting function layer 3 having an optical path deflecting function, an optical path splitting function layer 4 having an optical path splitting function, a light converging element function layer 5 having a condenser lens function, and an optical detecting function layer 6 having an optical detector function are laminated in layer structure to make an optical system 1 which converges, splits, and detects light very small-sized and thin. |
