PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a program reproducer with which a desired part among video and sound information recorded on a disk type information recording medium can finely be specified to be reproduced. SOLUTION: The information reproducer is provided with an input means to specify the numbers and reproduction sections of a block and a group by corresponding numbers and times, a memory 16 which stores data from the input means as reservation data, and a control means 17 which makes a display means 11 display to prompt to specify the numbers and the reproduction sections of the block and the group successively during the reproduction reservation of the video and sound information, makes each input data specified according to the display content store into the memory 16, and then performs control to make the fixed period of each number specified on the basis of the reservation data in the memory 16 to be reproduced during reproducing the disk type information recording medium 2.
