PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixing device capable of obtaining a toner image of the high image quality (high glossiness) by a simple structure. SOLUTION: In this fixing device provided with a first fixing roll, an endless belt being wound around the first fixing roll to rotate, and a second fixing roll being held oppositely in press contact with the first fixing roll via the endless belt interposed, the endless belt is wound around only the first fixing roll.
