PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an X-ray inspection device for easily referring to image data when treating an article that is judged to be recorded. SOLUTION: The X-ray inspection device obtains the image data of the article that is continuously carried by an X-ray source and an X-ray line sensor, and inspects whether the article is conforming or not by the obtained image data. The X-ray inspection device is provided with an HDD 25 having an image data file 26, and automatically stores the image data of a plurality of articles that have been judged to be non-conforming in the image data file 26.
